Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Processing times may increase during product launches, promotions, holidays, or special events.
  • Handmade and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing)

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


Handmade Product Notice

Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur and are a natural part of handmade luxury products.


Warm Weather Shipping

Products such as body butters, balms, and whipped products may soften or melt during transit in warm temperatures.

Misty Bleu & Co. is not responsible for melting caused by weather conditions once a package leaves our facility. If melting occurs:

  • Place the product in a cool area or refrigerator for a short period.
  • Product quality and effectiveness will not be affected.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Insufficient address information
  • Undeliverable address

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Misty Bleu & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier-related issues

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review each case and work toward a fair resolution.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
